We have SMSTS Site Managers ready to come into your site or we can support you with relief cover. You tell us what you need, and we can support you.
Site inspections is where we started. Gone are the days of handwritten inspections, we use IAuditor as our reporting tool. This gives us trackable updates for the close out of any actions.
Company Audits and Health and Safety Policies are a big part of our business. We work with small to large businesses to support their needs, to feel reassured that they are doing what they need to do to keep their staff safe and well while at work.
On completion of any audit, we will present the action plan and information that you need to be able to address any items that have been raised during the auditing process. These items can be managed in house or with the assistance of us. With some organisations, we work on a retained agreement, that means we will work with the client to assist on an agreed basis to help to oversee the management of Health and Safety.
Events
This year has been a tough one for the event industry. Things are moving on and work is starting to pick up for a post Covid 19 event world.
We have been working with a couple of structure companies to see what needs to be done to work on site with the current working restrictions.
In addition to this, we have been working with other major event managers to look at how an event can be staged. We have looked at how to plan the site with social distancing and be able to remain fully complaint to the current laws. It is not easy but it is possible!!.
